The small print at a glance.

General Terms and Conditions as of April 2016. The website vcosmetic.com, vcosmetic.ch and vcosmetic.de is operated by VCOSMETIC GmbH in Bottighofen. All deliveries and services of VCOSMETIC GmbH, and likewise of the online shop www.vcosmetic.com, are performed exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of ordering. Any provisions which deviate from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been agreed in writing between us and the customer.

We deliver to any domestic and international delivery address. Our terms and conditions of delivery apply to delivery within Switzerland, the EU trade area and internationally. We will notify you by email once your order has been received and paid via Paypal. Products which are not in stock are newly manufactured and this may involve a waiting period of up to two months. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive the products and will dispatch your order without delay. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Mail or a courier service provider.

Your address and order details will not be forwarded to an address pool, nor will they be sold. We use these data exclusively for the purposes of communicating with you as our customer.

Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. The prices quoted on the website at the time of order receipt apply. We expressly reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in suppliers and/or manufacturer prices, and in case of technical amendments or misprints. We will notify the buyer of any increases in price prior to delivery and obtain the buyer’s consent. Decreases in price will be passed on without notification.

The representation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely a non-binding online catalogue. Merely placing products in your “shopping cart” does not create a binding order. A binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart is only placed once you have paid via the PayPal site. We will then immediately send you an order confirmation by email, receipt of which constitutes creation of a contract. 

Customer orders which are not performed due to a discontinuation of production or supply may be cancelled by VCOSMETIC GmbH without any right to compensation.
